Shipping Policy
Our services do not have a shipping policy. We offer design agreements and consultation agreements that specify deliverable dates for our services.
Refund Policy
Once we deliver a service that has been accepted and agreed upon, we do not provide refunds. We abide by Alaska law, which allows either party to cancel any contract within 30 days. If we have collected fees for a project and an agreement has been canceled within 30 days, we will refund the project fee minus expenses and labor fees spent on the project.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
